Getting started!

Tell us your story and we would be happy to design your special announcement!

Meet us over coffee, via a screen, or simply send an email – we’ll hear you out, to begin with. Once we have a good feel for the scope of your project, we’ll email you an estimate. After you approve our estimate and we receive a 50% deposit, the design process will begin. At this time you should also provide the content (wording and specifics) to include in the design of your project, and we’ll take it from there!


Design & Production

Be it high-quality papers, fabrics, boxed invitations or techniques like embossing, foiling, screen-printing and laser cutting – everything we design is customizable – and we’re here to help you navigate the choices we offer. All production is personally monitored and carefully executed with the help of experienced, talented vendors in Mumbai.


For custom invitation design, we recommend starting the design process 3–4 months before your mailing date.
From our initial meeting/discussion, please allow 10–14 days for the first draft. You will then receive your first round of proofs, and you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and inform us of any changes you’d like to make. The changes are then completed and submitted to you for approval in about 2 weeks. After everything is agreeable, it will be processed into a final proof and sent back with your final invoice.

Before we can begin production of your invitations, you’ll need to review and confirm via email that every detail is correct- especially spelling, grammar and punctuation! Depending on the techniques involved it would take 2–3 weeks for production (we’ll let you know in advance).

We love the opportunity to extend your invitation design to personally address your guests. Do let us know before we begin production and we can commission a calligrapher, adept in English and any of the Indian scripts!


Every story is different and so is every design. We will make a detailed quote for your unique requirement, and settle on a process timeline in advance. A fifty percent deposit will reserve your spot on our calendars and we will begin to create creating your custom stationery. Full payment is required before we ship you your stationery.

Custom design fees start at $500 for a basic suite that includes a card, envelope and one insert. Custom design charges are based on the design and number of elements required to be included in the suite. Production can vary a great deal depending on included elements, your choice of papers and printing techniques. Production cost for a basic suite starts at $3 per card for a minimum order of 100.



We are based in Mumbai, India but we provide shipping worldwide and use well trusted service providers to make sure your special delivery arrives safely at your door step. Shipping costs depend on the quantity of invitations, as well as the location and the service provider you choose.
